The Newmark Tower was built by Intrawest in collaboration with renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrilland McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.. In 1993, it was converted from office space to luxury condominiums by HAL Real Estate Investments, Intracorp, and Callison Architecture.
